In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:
Return Policy :
- You can return your order within 7 days after an order has been delivered.
- User will not be able to return product if there is not any pickup facility by our courier faculty , in that case you can self-ship the product (read our self-ship documentary below).
- There should not any damages in product , not washed or soiled the product. we may refuse to return product if there is defective condition or mentioned above condition.
- If you have received defective order, send that product’s images to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will contact you.
- There will not be any partial returns accepted If you have returned anything from a combo pack. The whole pack will have to be returned to us.
- You can apply return of product only from your account. For that you need to go to my account section.
Cancellation Policy :
- Requests received later than 1-2 business days prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellation of services for the next service period.
- Orders can be canceled only if the order is not shipped. You can cancel the order from Myaccount section, in order section and you need to specify the reason for cancellation.
- If you have paid the amount, Any amount paid will be credited to the same payment mode which was used for making the payment. refund will be initiated based on our refund policy.
Refund Policy :
- We will try our best to create the suitable design concepts for our clients.
In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund if request is arrived within 7 days to complete order.
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
- Refunds will be initiated after the product has been received at our warehouse and has passed the quality check. If the picked up product does not pass the quality check or any other issue related to original product, we shall ship it back to you.
- Gift cards/vouchers are non-refundable in return of products and shipping charges is not refundable.
- In refund, the amount paid by you will be refunded, not the current price or amount of product.
- The refund amount will take up to 7-10 business days to reflect your account, If the order is cancelled before shipped.
- If a cancellation is requested after the product is shipped, we will provide a refund upon our request, after the package reaches back to us and verified by us.
Exchange Policy :
- If you want to exchange the item for any reason, we suggest that you return it to obtain a refund and purchase the new item separately from our online store. For the process of return, the product should be unused and in the same condition as you received it with its original packaging & the tags.
Return Pick-up :
- We send the return pick-up request to our logistics partners as soon as we receive the return request from you. Our logistics partner will pick up the product/s within 1-2 days of receiving the request.
- Please keep the shipment ready as detailed above and ensure that You return all items for which the request was raised. If you fail to do so, the return option may not be available to You in the future, the discretion of which shall lie completely with the company.
- When you get to see the message ‘Pickup service is not available in your area‘ message, please send the product/s to our warehouse address mentioned above in self-ship product.
Self-ship the product :
- You need to pack package carefully to prevent damages during transit. All the items or products must be in unused condition with all original tags attached.
